Bookings policy update

We adjust our sails to the current weather.

We all face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19) with a sense of responsibility and we find ourselves in a difficult and unprecedented situation, that we truly hope will soon take a turn for the better.

At this point we have not cancelled any of our summer events, and we are optimistic that we’ll get to enjoy much deserved holidays as planned.

However, proactive steps are being taken in the form of ongoing discussions with our partners, which are meant to offer the best solutions in case cancelation will not be avoidable. An informational email (like this one) will be sent each time changes that affect you are made.

Below is an update on what we are doing, to prioritize our client’s safety and provide them the most flexibility we can offer. 

For already booked holidays:

  • We have modified the balance payment term from 60 to 30 days before departure.
  • In the event of a cancelation, you will have the possibility to move to another event from this year or one from next year. You will definitely not lose any money paid so far!

For future bookings:

  • Flexible payment terms with a 15% down payment upon booking and balance payment the latest upon embarkation.
